Resume and cover letter. Take the time to do a cover letter and explain a little about yourself. You only have a few minutes to make an impression. Make sure you print on good quality paper, it should be of a good stock (some linen).  Presentation makes a big difference. Take multiple copies to your interview, it makes a good impression. After the interview you should follow up with an email.
